Paul Lovallo-Principal

Paul founded Associated Recruiters with the idea that small start-up technology companies were under serviced and unfairly priced. He also recognized that “all staffing budgets are not created equally.” Recruiting in this space requires a unique understanding of the cultural needs of each customer and the marriage of candidates that would thrive in each unique environment! Understanding this market and being an entrepreneur himself; he developed a formula that produces great results at an affordable price.

Paul is a seasoned technology recruiter with over 20 years in both corporate and agency recruiting. Paul has worked in positions of leadership for fortune 100-500 companies; medium size companies; and small start-up technology companies. Paul is considered a pioneer in the industry and is a thought leader in social media recruiting. He is also considered a subject matter expert in building recruiting processes that are predictable, repeatable and scalable.

Paul lives in Marietta, Georgia. He has been married for the last 18 years and has 2 teenagers. He enjoys the outdoors, cooking and spending time with his family.
